N.M. Admin. Code § 19.5.3.10 - PUBLIC COMMENT
The park management and development plan shall be available for public comment for 30 calendar days before the division implements or modifies it. The division shall publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the park's localityand mail it to persons who have made a written request for advance notice at least 30 calendar days before the division implements or modifies a park management and development plan.
