N.M. Admin. Code § 7.30.14.6 - OBJECTIVE
The objective of this rule is to establishuniform brain injury protocols to be used by coaches for brain injuries received by youth athletes in non-scholastic athletic activities, training of coaches and youth athletes, and information to be provided to coaches, youth athletes, and youth athletes' parents or guardians; to require acknowledgement of training and information by participants in youth athletic activities; and to achieve brain injury protocol compliance and certification.
