N.M. Admin. Code § 7.30.15.10 - SCHOOL-BASED HEALTH CENTER CERTIFICATION

School-based health centers must meet all requirements for certification in the New Mexico standards and benchmarks for school-based health Centers to be eligible to apply to the program for certification. The department may perform reviews of SBHCs as it deems necessary to ensure continued compliance with the New Mexico standards and benchmarks for school-based health centers. Reviews may include site visits, reviews of records and documents, or such other oversight as determined necessary by the department. An SBHC shall make documents and premises available for inspection upon the program's request.
