N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 1 § 360.6 - Subject matter list
(a)
This department shall make available for public inspection and copying a
current list, by subject matter, of all records filed with or kept by the
department. The list shall be sufficiently detailed to permit a requester to
identify the record sought.
(b) The
said list shall be updated at least every six months and the date of the most
recent updating shall appear on the first page.
