N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 11 § 33.1 - Applicability
This Part shall apply to all insurers that enter into contracts with managing general agents as defined in section 33.2(c) of this Part. Sections 33.3(c), 33.5 and 33.6 of this Part are effective January 1, 2002.
