N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 11 § 54.5 - Filing and approval of variable life insurance policies
Except as otherwise provided by the superintendent, the filing and approval requirements applicable to individual general account life insurance policies shall, to the extent appropriate, be applicable to individual variable life insurance policies.
