N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 12 § 43.24 - Inspections
The commissioner shall require the inspection of all coin-operated machines subject to the application of this Part, and all places in which such machines are exposed for operation, at such times as he or she finds necessary for the protection of the lives, health and safety of employees and of persons lawfully using such machines.
