N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 12 § 54.1 - Application
Except as otherwise specifically provided, this Part applies to all skiers and ski areas to which article 26 of the Labor Law and article 18 of the General Obligations Law apply, and to the owners and operators of such areas.
