N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 19 § 208.27 - Required disclosures for boxing sanctioning organizations
A professional boxing sanctioning organization shall not be entitled to receive any compensation directly or indirectly in connection with a boxing match held in the state until it provides to the Commission a statement of:
(a) all charges, fees,
and costs the organization will assess any boxer participating in that
match;
(b) all payments, benefits,
complimentary benefits, and fees the organization will receive for its
affiliation with the event, from the promoter, host of the event, and all other
sources; and
(c) such additional
information as the Commission may require.
