N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 19 § 211.60 - Pre-bout filing requirements
Within 10 days after a contract to hold a championship bout in New York has been signed, the sanctioning body shall file with the commission:
(a) a statement setting
forth all fees and charges (including amounts) that it has or will impose on
the boxers and promoters with respect to the championship bout being
sanctioned;
(b) all contracts it
enters into with respect to the championship bout being sanctioned;
and
(c) an affidavit certifying
that, other than the fees and charges identified in response to this section,
neither the sanctioning body, nor any officers or directors have or will
receive any payment, compensation or other benefit from promoter(s) or those
affiliated with the promoter(s) with respect to the championship bout being
sanctioned.
