N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 21 § 462.2 - Purpose and scope
(a) These
regulations provide procedures for implementation by the Power Authority of the
provisions of the Personal Privacy Protection Law relating to requests for
records or personal information by data subjects. (Article 6-A of the Public
Officers Law.)
