N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 21 § 53.4 - Pilot station at eastern end of Block Island Sound
Long Island Sound-Block Island Sound pilots assigned to vessels arriving or departing at the eastern end of Block Island Sound shall board or leave vessels at a convenient and safe location where adequate boat service is available.
