N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 21 § 5505.8 - Possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages
No person shall consume any intoxicating beverage, nor have in his or her possession any open bottle or container containing liquor, beer, wine or other alcoholic beverage, while such person is on the facilities.
