N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 21 § 5700.4 - Penalties
(a) Violation of
any rule or regulation governing or regulating traffic on or over any part of
the facilities located in the State of New York shall be a traffic infraction,
as that term is defined in the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New
York.
(b) Violation of any rule or
regulation governing or regulating traffic on or over any part of the
facilities located in the Province of Ontario, Canada, shall be deemed to be a
violation of a comparable provision of the Highway Traffic Act of the Province
of Ontario, Canada.
(c) Violation of
any rule or regulation contained herein may be cause for denial of the use of
the facilities at the discretion of the authority employee then in
charge.
