N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 3 § 419.14 - Transition period
(a) For 90 days including and following the
effective date of this Part, persons servicing mortgage loans shall not be in
violation of this Part if they comply with this Part that was in effect, by
emergency rulemaking, on the effective date of this regulation.
