N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 4 § 200.10 - Computing time
(a) The term
working days, as used in this Chapter, shall not include a
Saturday, a Sunday, or a legal holiday.
(b) The term days, as used
in this Chapter, shall refer to calendar days.
(c) In computing any period of time
prescribed or allowed by these rules, or by order or direction, the day of the
act, event, or default after which the designated period of time begins to run
shall not be included. The last day of the period so computed shall be
included, unless it falls on a Saturday, a Sunday, or a legal holiday, in which
event the period shall run to the next working day.
