N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 5 § 110.6 - Reporting
(a) Applicants
receiving financial assistance shall submit to the department project reports
in relation to the provision of services contained in their approved proposals
and applications, including the information set forth below:
(1) a description of the services provided by
the applicant to its members with the financial assistance;
(2) a description of the degree to which the
applicant's members engaged in export trade using the services funded by the
financial assistance;
(3) the
approximate value of exports generated by the services funded by the financial
assistance;
(4) a description of
the degree to which the applicant coordinated its services with services
provided by other public and private sector entities; and
(5) such other information the department
deems pertinent to evaluating the effectiveness of the services funded by the
financial assistance.
(b) Applicants receiving financial assistance
shall submit to the department financial reports, in a form and manner
prescribed by the department, which shall set forth receipts and expenditures
of the financial assistance.
