10A N.C. Admin. Code 27G .4305 - CLIENT RIGHTS
Therapeutic community facilities shall operate in accordance with Rule .0504 of this Subchapter and G.S. 122C-Article 3, except:
(1) since the facility can
operate as an alternative to incarceration, random searches shall be conducted
of an individual's belongings and bedroom in compliance with
G.S.
122C-62; and
(2) privileges of the resident shall be
determined as responsibility levels increase.
