10A N.C. Admin. Code 63F .0112 - OTHER SERVICES: MEDICAL CARE
(a) The Division
shall provide to eligible consumers other goods and services available as
provided in
34
C.F.R. 361.48(t), when such
services are necessary to determine the rehabilitation potential of the client
or to render him fit for gainful employment.
(b) The Division shall furnish medical care
for up to 30 days for acute conditions arising in the course of vocational
rehabilitation, which, if not cared for, would constitute a hazard to the
achievement of the vocational rehabilitation objective, or the completion of
the extended evaluation to determine rehabilitation potential.
