Electrologists shall comply with the blood-borne pathogensstandards contained in the Needlestick Safety and Prevention Act, published in United States Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA). Regulation 29 CFR 1910.1030. which is hereby incorporated by reference including subsequent amendments and editions.
