21 N.C. Admin. Code 54 .2203 - RENEWAL OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION
(1) An
application for renewal shall be sent to each registered professional
corporation and professional limited liability company prior to January 1. The
Board shall renew the certificate of registration upon receipt of the completed
written application of the holder and the renewal fee, as set forth in Rule
.1605 of this Chapter.
(2) The
application shall include the following information:
(A) names of current members of professional
entity;
(B) corporation or company
mailing address;
(C) corporation or
company email address and telephone number;
(D) assumed name, if different from
professional entity name.
