N.D. Admin Code 33.1-10-01-08 - Tests

Each licensee and registrant shall perform upon instructions from the department or shall permit the department to perform such reasonable tests as the department deems appropriate or necessary including tests of:

1. Sources of radiation.
2. Facilities where sources of radiation are used or stored.
3. Radiation detection and monitoring instruments.
4. Other equipment and devices used in connection with utilization or storage of licensed or registered sources of radiation.
