N.D. Admin Code 75-02-04-01.1 - Purpose
This chapter is necessary to comply with federal regulations promulgated under title IV-D of the Social Security Act, as amended [ 42 U.S.C. 651 et seq.], which require that there be an organizational structure and staff to provide for the administration and supervision of child support functions on a statewide basis in accordance with equitable standards for administration that are mandatory throughout the state, and to accomplish the purpose, goals, and objectives as specified therein.
