N.D. Admin Code 8-03-01-03 - Prohibited types of firms
Any firm in which the control is vested in persons who are not registered as architects or landscape architects, or in which control can be transferred to unregistered persons, is prohibited from practicing, or offering to practice, architecture or landscape architecture in North Dakota.
