Ohio Admin. Code 111:3-6-08 - Prohibitions

The secretary of state and the boards of elections, their employees and agents, and any other person acting in concert or participation with them or any one of them third party assisting the secretary of state or boards of elections, shall not permit any direct electronic connection between a designated agency, other registration agency, or deputy registrar of motor vehicles and the statewide voter registration database.
