Ohio Admin. Code 3358:5-11-08 - Facility usage policy
(A) Clark state community college is a catalyst for individual,
corporate, and community prosperity by providing access to higher education for
our diverse community and fostering student success through high quality,
learning-centered education and services. The community recognizes the college
as a vital community resource and enjoys high utilization of college facilities
and staff for civic and cultural purposes.
(B) One of the college's guiding principles
is to act as good stewards of the resources with which it is
entrusted.
(C) The Clark state
community college board of trustees shall
permit upon application by a responsible organization or individual, the use of
college facilities for public, cultural, educational, recreational and civic
purposes.
(D) All events shall be
conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations and
ordinances.
(E) The vice president
for business affairs shall develop appropriate procedures and establish
reasonable rental and fee rates.
