Ohio Admin. Code 3745-150-01 - Definitions

The following definitions shall apply to this chapter:

(A) For purposes of this chapter, director "Director" means the director of the Ohio environmental protection agency, or his the director's duly authorized representative.

(B) "Assistance Proposal proposal" means a proposal to receive financial assistance from the Ohio water pollution control loan fund under section 6111.036 of the Revised Code for the implementation of activities.

(C) "Applicant" means a person filing an assistance proposal.
