Ohio Admin. Code 3745-18-11 - Athens county emission limits

(A) No owner or operator of any coal-fired steam generating unit in Athens county, unless otherwise specified in this rule, shall cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from any source to exceed a maximum of 4.5 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.

(C) The "Ohio University-Lausche Heating Plant" (OEPA premise number 0605010016) or any subsequent owner or operator of the "Ohio University-Lausche Heating Plant, Factory Street, Athens, Ohio" shall not cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from boiler numbers number 136641, 136642, and 136643 (OEPA source numbers number B043, B042 and B041) to exceed a maximum of 4.7 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input from each the boiler.
