Ohio Admin. Code 3745-18-26 - Defiance county emission limits

(A) No owner or operator of any coal-fired steam generating unit in Defiance county, unless otherwise specified in this rule, shall cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from any source to exceed a maximum of 2.6 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.

(C) The "Richland Substation Peaker Facility" (OEPA premise number 0320010006) or any subsequent owner or operator of the "Richland Substation Peaker Facility" facility located on , Carpenter road Rd, Defiance, Ohio" shall not cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from turbine numbers 1 to 3 (OEPA source numbers B001 to B003) to exceed a maximum of 0.7 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input from each turbine.
