Ohio Admin. Code 3745-18-37 - Hamilton county emission limits
(A) No owner or operator of any coal-fired
steam generating unit in Hamilton county, unless otherwise specified in this
rule, shall cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from any source to
exceed a maximum of 2.0 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat
input.
(B) The "INEOS ABS
(USA) Corporation" (OEPA permits number
1431010054) or any subsequent owner or operator of the "INEOS ABS
(USA) Corporation, 356 Three Rivers Parkway,
Addyston, Ohio" shall not cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from
the following sources to exceed the amounts indicated; shall use stacks no
lower than the stack heights indicated and shall limit the operation of said
sources such that the indicated average operating rates are not exceeded for
any calendar day:

B006); a maximum of 5.5 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input
from each boiler and a minimum stack height of sixty-five feet above ground

acid produced, the production expressed as one hundred per cent sulfuric acid
mist (H2SO4), based on a three-hour rolling average, and a mass cap of two
hundred eighty-one tons per year, based on a twelve-month rolling
average, and shall use a stack no
lower than three

feet above ground level.
