Ohio Admin. Code 3745-18-63 - Montgomery county emission limits
(A) No owner or operator of any coal-fired
steam generating unit in Montgomery county, unless otherwise specified in this
rule, shall cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from any source to
exceed a maximum of 1.5 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat
input.

Moraine, Ohio" shall not cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from
oil-fired IC units T-1 to T-4 (OEPA source numbers B507 to B510) to exceed a
maximum of 0.5 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input from each
unit.

0857810015) or any subsequent owner or operator of the "Dayton Power and Light Company, Yankee Street

turbine numbers y-1 to y-7 (OEPA source numbers B001 to B007) to exceed a
maximum of 0.5 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input from each
turbine.
