Ohio Admin. Code 3745-49-11 - Coordination of Federal Water Pollution Control Act permit program with agencies of the United States
(A)
Upon the
director's issuance of a draft action or proposed action on an application to
issue, modify, or renew a permit to discharge sewage, industrial waste, or
other wastes to waters of the state under division (J) of section

written comments or recommendations of the regional administrator, or may
withdraw a draft action or proposed action if permitted by rule

of the Administrative Code.
