Ohio Admin. Code 3745-50-19 - Petitions to amend rules 3745-51-30 to 3745-51-35 of the Administrative Code to exclude a waste generated at a particular facility

(A) Any person seeking to exclude a waste at a particular generating facility from the lists in rules 3745-51-30 to 3745-51-35 of the Administrative Code may petition U.S. EPA for a regulatory amendment pursuant to 40 CFR 260.22.

(B) Ohio EPA will recognize U.S. EPA's decision pursuant to 40 CFR 260.22 to grant or deny a petition for an exclusion of a waste at a particular generating facility in paragraph (A) of this rule.
