Ohio Admin. Code 3745-50-34 - Fees for on-site or satellite disposal of hazardous waste
(1) Disposal by deep well injection-
two dollars per ton.
(2) Disposal by land application or
landfilling- four dollars per ton.
(B) The maximum annual disposal fee
for an on-site facility that disposes of one hundred thousand tons or less of
hazardous waste in a year is twenty-five thousand dollars. The maximum annual
disposal fee for an on-site facility that disposes of more than one hundred
thousand tons of hazardous waste in a year by land application or land filling
is fifty thousand dollars, and the maximum annual fee for an on-site facility
that disposes of more than one hundred thousand tons of hazardous waste in a
year by deep well injection is one hundred thousand dollars. The maximum annual
disposal fee for a satellite facility that disposes of one hundred thousand
tons or less of hazardous waste in a year is thirty-seven thousand five hundred
dollars. The maximum annual disposal fee for a satellite facility that disposes
of more than one hundred thousand tons of hazardous waste in a year is
seventy-five thousand dollars, except that a "satellite facility" defined in
paragraph (C)(2) of rule 3745-50-32 of the Administrative Code that receives
waste from a single generation site is subject to the same maximum annual
disposal fees as an on-site facility.
