Ohio Admin. Code 3745-50-37 - Permit application fee
Upon application for a hazardous waste facility installation
and operation permit or upon application for a renewal permit issued under
section 3734.05 of the Revised Code, an
application fee of one thousand five hundred
dollars shall be paid by the applicant to the director
in accordance with section
3734.02 of the Revised
Code.
