Ohio Admin. Code 3745-50-48 - Requirements for recording and reporting of monitoring results
All permits issued pursuant to a review of a "Part B" application shall specify:
(A)
Requirements concerning the proper use, maintenance, and installation, when
appropriate, of monitoring equipment or methods (including biological
monitoring methods when appropriate);
(B) Required monitoring including type,
intervals, and frequency sufficient to yield data which are representative of
the monitored activity including, when appropriate, continuous monitoring;
and
(C) Applicable reporting
requirements based upon the potential
impact of the regulated activity and as specified in Chapters 3745-54 to
3745-57,
and
3745-205, and 3745-266, and 3745-267 of the Administrative Code. Reporting
shall be no less frequent than specified in Chapters 3745-54 to 3745-57,
and 3745-205,
and 3745-266, and
3745-267 of the Administrative Code.
