Ohio Admin. Code 3745-57-82 - Design and installation of new drip pads
Owners and operators of new drip pads shall ensure that the pads are designed, installed, and operated in accordance with one of the following:
(A) All of the requirements
of rule 3745-57-83 [except paragraph (A)
(4) of rule
3745-57-83], rule 3745-57-84,
and rule
3745-57-85 of the Administrative
Code, or
(B) All of the requirements
of rule 3745-57-83 [except paragraph (B)
of rule 3745-57-83], rule 3745-57-84,
and rule
3745-57-85 of the Administrative
Code.
