Ohio Admin. Code 3750-1-02 - Purpose

The purpose of these rules Chapters 3750-1 to 3750-85 of the Administrative Code is to establish the commission and the committees and emergency districts to implement, administer and enforce, in conjunction with the USEPA, Ohio EPA and local fire departments, the federal " Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act of 1986" in this state.
