Ohio Admin. Code 3769-15-09 - Reporting time for shipping in

All horses shipping in to race must be at the track where they are to race three hours before post time of the race in which they are to race and must be available for examination by the track veterinarian. In the event of an unavoidable delay, as determined by the judges, the judges may determine a reasonable grace period.
