Ohio Admin. Code 3769-4-25 - Right to inspect

(A) The stewards shall have the right to inspect all licenses, including owner, trainer, jockey, authorized agent, and jockey agent, and all papers pertinent thereto, and all jockey contracts and assumed names and papers pertinent thereto. The stewards may demand production of any license, contract or papers to be satisfied as to their validity and as to compliance with the rules of racing.

(B) Failure to produce the required documents, when requested by the stewards, shall be a violation of this rule and shall subject said person to the penalties provided in rule 3769-4-99 of the Administrative Code.
