Ohio Admin. Code 3796:6-4-09 - Interagency cooperation

Whenever the state board of pharmacy revokes or suspends a medical marijuana dispensary provisional license or certificate of operation, it shall notify the department of commerce, the medical board, local police departments and county sheriff's office whose jurisdiction includes the licensee's dispensing location.
