Ohio Admin. Code 4713-13-09 - Retailing of items in salons and barber shops

Salons, salon owners and operators barber shops of salons may retail any legal merchandise in the salon or barber shop as long as the salon follows the in accordance with any applicable local, state and federal laws for the sales of said merchandise, and as long as the sale of the merchandise is not in violation of any of the board's laws or rules.
