Ohio Admin. Code 4713-5-27 - Infection control

Current through all regulations passed and filed through December 3, 2021

(A) All schools must follow all of the sanitation infection control statutes and rules governing beauty salons as set forth found in Chapters 4709. and 4713. of the Revised Code and Chapter 4713-15 of the Administrative Code.
(B) All students shall wear clean outer garments, such as a smock or an apron, and clean shoes while attending school. A school uniform is acceptable attire. All students shall comply with all of the school's rules regarding sanitation infection control and attire.
