Ohio Admin. Code 4781-11-12 - Salesperson license suspension, reinstatement, and transfer
(A) Any salesperson's license shall be
suspended upon:
(1) The termination,
suspension, or revocation of the license of the manufactured housing dealer or
manufactured housing broker for whom the salesperson is acting; or
(2) The salesperson leaving the service of a
licensed manufactured housing dealer or manufactured housing broker.
(B) If the salesperson's license
was suspended due to provisions of paragraph (A)(1) or (A)(2) of this rule, the
licensed salesperson may make application to the commission
division of real
estate and professional licensing pursuant to the requirements
of paragraphs of rule 4781:11-01 of the Administrative Code, including the appropriate
fee, to have the salesperson's license reinstated, transferred, and
registered as a salesperson for another dealer or broker. If the information
contained in the application is satisfactory to the commission
division,
the commission
division shall reinstate, transfer, or register the
salesperson's license as a salesperson for other
the new dealer
or broker. The fee for the reinstatement and
transfer of a salesperson's license is twenty-five dollars.
