Ohio Admin. Code 4781-11-20 - Foreign business license
Any person whose principal place of business is located outside of Ohio, and who is not otherwise required to be licensed pursuant to Chapter 4781. of the Revised Code, shall not sell at retail, display, offer for sale, or deal in manufactured housing that is to be delivered into Ohio unless:
(A)
The person is issued a foreign business license upon
submission and approval of an application to the commission on a form
prescribed by the commission; and
(B)
The person is
registered with the Ohio secretary of state to transact business in the state
of Ohio.
