Ohio Admin. Code 4901-5-03 - Cancellation of certificates and citations
(A) The commission may, pursuant to the
provisions of section
4921.07 of the Revised Code, for
good cause revoke, suspend, alter or amend any certificate issued by
it.
(B) Citation order - Citations
