Ohio Admin. Code 5160:1-3-01 - Medicaid: coverage for the aged, blind, or disabled

(A) The medicaid program provides coverage for individuals who meet the aged, blind, or disability status requirements as set forth in section 1902 of the Social Security Act (as in effect on February 1, 2016 October 1, 2022). The provisions of Chapter 5160:1-3 of the Administrative Code establish eligibility criteria, standards, and procedures that apply to individuals enrolling in an aged, blind, or disability disabled categorical coverage group.

(B) The rules of this chapter are organized as follows:

(1) Rules under principal rule 5160:1-3-02 of the Administrative Code set forth base eligibility requirements of the aged, blind, or disabled eligibility covered groups.

(2) Rules under principal rule 5160:1-3-03 5160:1-3-03.1 of the Administrative Code set forth income eligibility requirements.

(3) Rules under principal rule 5160:1-3-05 5160:1-3-05.1 of the Administrative Code set forth resource eligibility requirements.
