Ohio Admin. Code 901:1-17-05 - Dogs and cats

(A) All dogs and cats imported into Ohio must be accompanied by a certificate of veterinary inspection indicating freedom from disease, and be currently vaccinated against rabies in accordance with the national association of state public health veterinarian's (NASPHV) "compendium of animal rabies control" recommendations. Animals
(B) Animals in transit should be accompanied by a currently valid NASPHV form #51, rabies vaccination certificate.

(B) Under certain conditions, permits may be granted as provided in paragraph (P) of rule 901:1-17-01 of the Administrative Code.
