Ohio Admin. Code 901:1-19-06 - Animal found infected
Equidae found infected with equine infectious anemia shall be either:
(A) Sold for immediate slaughter with a
permit and identified as prescribed by the department;
or
(B) Euthanized by the owner at owner's
expense and disposed of as stipulated in section
941.14 of the Revised Code;
or
(C) Held in continuous isolation
at least two hundred yards from all non-quarantined equidae.
