Ohio Admin. Code 901:1-25-02 - Fees for registration of brands

Current through all regulations passed and filed through March 11, 2022

The director of agriculture may, at his discretion, establish and collect up to twenty-five dollars for each brand recorded, and fair and reasonable charges related to the cost of administering a brand recordation program. There is hereby established a fee of:

(A) Twenty-five dollars for each recorded brand;
(B) Twenty-five dollars for each renewal recorded brand;
(B) (C) Twenty-five dollars for each rerecording re-recording of a brand;
(C) (D) Ten dollars for the recording of instruments transferring ownership of brands; and
(D) (E) Five dollars for each additional certificate or of recordation or rerecordation re-recording of brands.
